Application submission indicates that you permit for us to retrieve, retain, and use the driving data.
The driving data may be used to adjust the policy premium, for underwriting, and in claim resolution.
We will safeguard your data and protect your privacy. We will not sell or share your personal data.
* Progressive will obtain the driving data directly from the ELD vendor, if possible. Customers with little to no driving data will receive the minimum 5 percent participation savings initially, to be re-assessed at renewal once Progressive has collected enough data. Customers with at least three months of driving data who demonstrate safer driving habits can receive greater reductions. If Progressive does not yet have a data-sharing relationship with the customer’s ELD vendor and cannot obtain the driving data, the minimum participation savings will be applied. Progressive intends to have data-sharing agreements established with the vast majority of the ELD market.
